So one of Phil's "No way it's ever going to happen" dreams was realized this month when he got a ticket to see the Colts play in the Super Bowl down in Miami. It all fell into place very suddenly days before the game when his brother Ben who is living down in Miami this year was able to get a couple of tickets through his contacts. With lodging taken care of and surprisingly cheap plane tickets into Fr. Lauderdale, Phil thought it was an opportunity he couldn't pass up.

They went down to the stadium super early where they did some free activies like kicking field goals, throwing footballs through hoops, etc. and got to see the Lombardi trophy.
Despite the Colts loss, they had a blast and I was so happy he could go. Now I have lots of brownie points to cash in one of these days :)
The halftime show was pretty amazing Phil said.
